Our operational responsibility is strictly limited to maintaining the RummyDex directory infrastructure. We ensure that our platform accurately catalogs applications and that all outbound links securely and correctly route users to legitimate, third-party developer sources at the time of publication.
2. Limits of Content & Software Liability
RummyDex does not host software, APK files, or proprietary code on our servers. Because our control is limited entirely to our own website interface, we are not liable for the performance, data practices, or digital security of external third-party destinations. Downloading or installing software from external sources is conducted solely at the user's own risk.
3. Post-Listing Developer Modifications
While our team conducts hands-on evaluations prior to listing any application, we do not govern external developers. We are not responsible for unannounced updates, post-launch mechanic changes, or software modifications implemented by third parties after an app has been published on our site.
